Jira Power up Authentication Issue 2

Question

We use the Jira power up in Trello and have generally had no problems. However, this week has seen intermittent connectivity and no authentication/connections completing.

* I added the Jira power up to a new board
* Added our URL
* Clicked to authorise
* Waited and waited for auth/connection to finish (over 24 hours)
* Searched for solutions
* Contacted support.

This power up is very much of our day-to-day management so when it doesn't work, it affects progress.

Hi Vini,

Just tried again and the problem persists.

I had a look at Manage Apps/App requests in Jira and have this message, which may or may not be causing problems.

Manage app requests

This is a list of apps requested by users including the number of requests per app. We ran into a little trouble. It might just be a hiccup. Try again in a bit.

Hi Paul, last week we had some issues with our API which might have caused issues with the Jira Power-Up. They should all be solved now. Can you confirm if you are still facing any issues?
