Copy card is just spinning and does not complete. Have tried to close chrome browser, reboot my laptop, etc. When I try to copy a card it never completes. If the copy comes up, then it never creates the final copy of the card in the column selected.

There is no issue with copy a card in Trello. So it might be on your side!
Let me suggest a solution that worked for me!
Log out of Atlassian account, Clear browser cache, history, and all other unnecessary things from your browser and re-open your browser and log in!

Seems to have been on my side somewhere. Did all of the above but it did not fix it immediately. Eventually started working again.
