how do I solve printing issues in the Mac app?

Question

Hi All,

I'm using version 2.11.5 of the Mac app, and when I try to print a card, or save it as PDF, or even open it in Preview, all of the text of the card displays in this manner:

{quote}

ŶǕXȩ‪ ȩXȟ‪ ǡȄˮNJ‪ ḳˮṍḨXḨXˮḨI ǡḳṍḤI‪ ṁXI􏰄ṁǕXḨX‪ ḨX7 Ḥ‪ Ḩ‪ ȟXṁXḨḳṁˮ IXṁXḨȟǡȩXṰǕXṁǕXḨ‪ ȄṍḳṁXḨ ḳǕˮṍȄI XḳḤȄǡṁǡȩˮḨIXḨṁˮ ḤḨˮṁXṁṍḳXḨȄˮnjǡȩḳ􏰅

{quote}

It preserves my icon, but no other text is readable.

Any ideas how I fix this?

Welcome to the Community!

I was having exactly the same problem. Unfortunately there isn't a way around this, the only way that I was able to 'print to PDF' was to open up the card I wanted in Safari. For some reason, the app and the Chrome site don't allow you to print properly, but Safari does.

I know this isn't the answer that you were looking for, but I'm hoping it might help
