It requires only the statuspage address and a tag. If you're looking for a webhook that notifies Datadog on if a status page has been updated, then it could be possible to setup a webhook subscription (should the page allow webhook subscribers).
On the other hand if you're looking for more information on how the Datadog integration is initialized/setup, then I'd suggest reaching out to Datadog support to get more insight on what may be happening behind the scenes whenever the integration is created with Statuspage.
