"Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect" when project is run from Bamboo

I have linked my Appium test project to Bamboo via Git repo. When I run the project locally on my machine, the build runs successfully. But when I run the plan on Bamboo, I am being thrown an error message I am not sure.

Please, check the correct the test, maybe somewhere hardcoded or firewall
