Polarbear CMS part of crucible or fisheye?

Is there anything at all related to Polarbear CMS in the crucible/fisheye system? We have a clean CentOS 8 system in which we installed crucible. For some reason, Qualys is reporting a file upload vulnerability related to Polarbear CMS.
