How Do I Import SourceTree License with 1.6.5.0 version?

I using SourceTree version 1.6.5.0 by My Company rules.

but I did not registering Privacy Policy.

I try register by e-mail, however occued error.

so next trying import from web. but, target link is not found.

where is download to import license?
