Is there a way to rearrange the format of a card?

My team and i utilize Trello to manage workflow and CRM functions, it would be beneficial if we could move the activity/comments section to the top directly under the custom fields and move the description to the bottom or just above the checklists. Is there a way to do this?

I'm late to this party, but I'm assuming because I searched for this very thing that this is still not a Trello feature. I'll try your power-up. Hopefully, it's still out there. So far, I've not had much luck with other power-ups. Admittedly, it's very likely user error. I'm learning to program again so I can help myself out in these situations and hopefully others too. Unfortunately, there is no native way to be able to change the order of sections on the back of a Trello Card.
