Card Repeater - Rename cards

Question

We use Trello for recurring projects and have been using the card repeater to do so. We now would like to go one step further and have the card renamed. We're an accounting firm and perform monthly quarterly and annual projects. Currently, we have the card set up with the client name but would now like the client name repeat with the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th qtr project name. Same with monthly and annual projects. Bi-Weekly and semi-monthly projects as well.

Is there any way for this to be achieved?
