Why is Source Tree re-prompting for passphrase after rebooting computer

After rebooting, Source Tree prompts me for my passphrase.

How can I tell Source Tree to remember my pass pharse for SSH?

Having to enter the passphrase after each computer restart is rather annoying.

I'm also on Windows 10. Has anyone found a solution?
