add new group to all plans/projects

Hi!
Please, help with question!
I need add new group in every project or plan. We have a lot of many projects, than hands do it long.

How can I add new group to all projects automatic? If I make 'Bulk edit plan permissions ', then old groups and users clears. That don't need.
