Error on dashboard gadgets "An internal server error occurred when requesting resource ." and "The resource /rest/multiplecharts/1.0/fields/calculationType, cannot be found."

error is showing for gadgets which are coming from add-ons.

Are you using addon "Multiple filters chart gadget" in your JIRA instance? If so, please go to the addon section and verify if that exists ?

Yes we are using this add on and its exist and enabled with all modules.
