After clicking bitbucket option I have siginIn in my account of bitbucket which was created before.It shows me authentication message but nothing changes in sourcetree setup.While signing in it don't show me "Grant Access" button it directly show me authentication successful message but there is no changes in sourcetree setup after closing authentication message tab.
