Unknown error adding your card to the Trello Board - what I should yo do?

Peace for everyone! I automated trello with Butler: when a letter arrives in the mail, a new card is created on the board. Recently, along with a new card, another one has appeared that notifies of an error (in screenshot). What does she want me to do?
