can't login as administrator in bamboo and fisheye crucible

our bamboo and fisheye/crucible instances use crowd for user management, for some reason I can't login as administrator (I guess the crowd instance has been changed to a new server or LDAP). How can I change/view the user config in bamboo and fisheye/crucible via backend (e.g. config file or database) ? Thanks

I still have problem, e.g. the old crowd connection in bamboo (brocken) gets in the way, so I don't even have a UserID to reset the password.

How can I get rid of the old crowd connection? Once I get rid of the old connection, I think I can use the userID in the database, then I'll set up a new crowd connection.

Did you do the integration manually or via the GUI? You can reverse it and remove it.

I just take over the task to upgrade bamboo instance, but the old crowd connection seems brocken and I can't login as administrator to remove/update the crowd connection. Do you know how to do the integration manually?Thanks
