Butler command giving out a "Network Error" when copying cards

Hi. Thanks for your time on this.

Can someone tell me why this butler command rule is not working? It gives out a "Network Error": 

every 2 weeks on friday at 12:05 am starting on july 26th 2019, copy each card with a name starting with "Income" in list "#3" to the top of list "#4"
