I've reset my password but when I try to sign in I get told it's the wrong one. What's happening?

I haven't  used Trello for a while so I had to reset my password which I did.  Then when I try to sign on I'm told I have the wrong password, several times until I'm locked out.  So I reset again but the same thing is happening and I've no idea why.  I'm pretty sure I'm not mistyping but it would be useful if I could actually see what's going in the box.
