When you are creating a team in Enterprise there is an option for no team. Is this a personal board for their Enterprise managed account?
Sorry Beth, but I'm not sure I understand what you mean. When creating a team you should see an option to create one that is associated with the Enterprise, or a free team that isn't.
Boards however, can only be created in the Enterprise, if that's being done by a managed member.
