Is it possible to hide the workload so nobody can see this topic?

The Workload is a system report and currently, all users that have a license and permission on that project will be able to see the default reports (workload, satisfaction, requests deflected and resolved) and the custom reports as well. So, there is no configuration to prevent agents to see the reports.
