Issue Detail View on Program Scope.

Currently and in the Jira training there are just 3 fields on Issue detail view on program scope (Parent, Description and Schedule). How can I add a new field in this window ? I'd like to have the Comments inside that.

Unfortunately, right now you can't add additional fields to the view.
