Localhost 8085 not opening

Even after starting the start-bamboo.bat , I am not able to open the link http://localhost:8085/

What error are you getting in your browser?
Does your firewall allow connections to port 8085?
Do you have errors in the log files of Bamboo?
Any chance you have a context path? Try http://localhost:8085/bamboo
