Trello sending wrong dimensions of the design to Amazon

Trello sending wrong dimensions of the design to Amazon, why would this be happening because the design is the correct size and dimensions but when your sent or download to sent to Amazon it changes the sizing automatically, WHY? It then cannot be upload to Amazon yet the original design is the correct dimension.

Do you have some sort of automation or integration set up between Trello and Amazon? That's the only way I can immediately come up with that you could be connecting the two services.
