Hi,

we think about using confluence for System and end user documentation wiki for our transactional system after we have already the documentation for our reporting system in confluence available. Regarding the mentioned persons in the change history we had the question how to handle that the Name of the external Partner is shown in the side Change history even if the external Partner is not working for our Company any more. How can we handle the GDPR requirement that we Need to delete their names after three years in our Systems. Do you have a solution regarding this Point?
