Upgrading from version 3.0.3 to version 4.2.0 exception when importing

Question

An exception is raised when importing an export from version 4.2.0 into version 3.0.3.

java.io.FileNotFoundException: C: Users bamboo-dev bamboo-home-420 xml-data configuration administration.xml (The system cannot find the file specified

The file in question is present before the import process commenced. Bamboo is running with administrator privileges on a Windows Server 2008 machine.

Not that it is a current issue however it was not resolved at the time. The import function was not used during the upgrade.
