Trigger Card Custom Fields in Butler

We have a list of challenges with varying point values (input as a custom field "Point Value"). I am trying to make a card button so that users can note that they've completed the challenge, it will add points to a card titled after their name. Right now I can only make the "Total Manager Points" custom field increase by a constant value. Is there a way or variable to take the "Point Value" from the trigger card and add that to the "Total Manager Points" value of the new card?

@Benjamin Neese have you tried putting a custom field variable into the value to increase by? like {{%Pionts Value}} instead of 25?
