Cannot get second computer on same account to work

Question

it started with that I could not see the team repos for my user. after that I have done numerous things, including deleted and added the user, changed the ssh key for the new computer. Now I cannot even log in in source tree. Attaching some images from different steps in the process. I no longer know what is relevant information. Appreciate any help. Johan

This wasn’t the case when I first submitted the issue, then the web interface was correct on both computers, even the one where I could not make sourcetree work. Now all computers are messed up
I do not dare to touch anything right now but this is panic mode
Clearly it is something with the service, not sourcetree so please move this to panic mode

Ok so Now I have a MAJOR issue. I followed the instructions above and now I don't have access to my repos from the computer that was working.

I have lost access to the repos on the website...

Hi jbelin,

Seems like you've been trying different approaches already, so to make sure nothing got corrupted during the previous attempts, please wipe your Sourcetre preferences.

First of all, we'll need to know which OS are you using. If you're using Windows, make sure Internet Explorer is updated to the latest version as Sourcetree relies on it for the authentication step.

Once you do that, we'll need to know what happens after you open Sourcetree, can you send us a screenshot of that?

If you keep getting the error about the access rights, please try to access the same account/repository via the browser and see if you can access it with the same credentials.
