Duplicating a board?

Question

I created a board that is a training schedule and progress that we want to use for each of our employees. How do duplicate that board for each employee so we can track each of them independently of eac other?

does that make sense?

@David Cook You can copy a Trello board:

then use a "board of boards" to keep track of them:
