There isn't an official docker image for Crowd (yet).

I would recommend the following:

There's an official image but can someone tell how to set the database connection for CrowdID?

Other images (unofficial) support these variables:

CROWDID_POSTGRES_HOST - Postgres host
CROWDID_POSTGRES_PORT - Postgres port
CROWDID_POSTGRES_USER - Postgres user
CROWDID_POSTGRES_PASSWORD - Postgres password
CROWDID_POSTGRES_DATABASE - database name
