Create a new repository gives an error

When I try to add a new bitbucket repository, I get following error

Does someone known how I can solve this?

I use Bitbucket 5.16 and Bamboo 6.7.2 both on mine own azure windows 2019 server. I already created a application link between the 2 applications. This gives no errors.

This type of problem can have different causes and we will need details of what you see in your logs when it happens.

Please try:

1. reproduce the problem and take a not of the time.
2. check the Bamboo server logs at <Bamboo_Home>/logs/atlassian-bamboo.log.
3. share the error you see with us.
   ⚠️ please make sure you remove any personal data from it.

There are some questions that will also help us to narrow down the problem:

• Are you able to access that repository from your windows terminal or other apps directly through port SSH port 7999?
• Do you have a proxy for the SSH port? You could be redirecting the port 7999 through port 22, therefore, causing this issue.
• This issue could be also caused by the Git client. Can you share if you have Git installed in your server and what is the version of it?
