Hi Jodi, thanks for responding. So my manager set up the invite. I do show up as a team member, but cannot get into my team's boards - nothing happens. Nothing in spam/junk.

Hi @Nancy Karner what is the error message she (or you) is receiving? If you are not receiving the invite, have you checked your spam/junk folder to see if the invite is there?

first create a account in the trello as free account and ask the manger to add your newly created trello to the board to which you need the access

You may need to contact Trello support directly in this case to have them send you the invitation email: support@trello.com
