IPYNB Plugin for Bitbucket Server 6.1.0 compatibility

To recompile the IPython Notebook Plugin (for Bitbucket Server 6.1.0 compatibility), perform the following operations

1. Install Atlassian SDK
2. Clone the plugin from the official repository                                                                       git clone https://bitbucket.org/hkruitbosch/bitbucket-ipynb-plugin.git
3. Modify the pom.xml properties directory and other relevant directories .i.e

   If there are other dependencies to be modified, do with caution.

4. Runs the application with your plugin installed with the command atlas-run

5. Packaging and releasing your plugin
