Error received while opening/cloning repository

We'll need more information to help you troubleshoot this issue, can you please provide the following?:

* What steps are you following to open/clone those repositories
* Which Sourcetree version are you using?
* Which OS do you have? (If Windows, make sure Internet Explorer is updated to the latest one as Sourcetree relies on it for the authentication step)
