Sourcetree ssh keys no longer work

I have been using sourcetree for some time now and have had few issues.  It is a great program.  However, over the past couple of days, my ssh keys have started to be rejected by multiple git hosting site.  Github, gitlab, etc.  They continue to work with some repositories on Github but most attempts to push or pull result in an ssh rejection.  I have tried importing my keys through pageant but I am told that id_rsa is unable to be imported for conversion to the ppk file.  (I never had to generate this stuff before so I do not know why I need to now or why it isn't working in general).  Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello! I'd recommend just re-generating your SSH keys and re-adding them to Github, etc. You can find pretty easy-to-follow instructions here. The instructions are for Bitbucket specifically, but the same process works for Github (you can add a new SSH key for Github here).
