My AWS Elastic Bamboo server is not displaying my build plans anymore

While running a deployment plan bamboo suddenly stopped responding.  I restarted the bamboo server and the system was then unavailable.  When I googled the URL it was trying to take me too, I discovered that the problem may be that the discs had ran out of space.  

I increased the size of both volumns attached to the EC2 instance and sure enough I can not start the bamboo server and log in.  I can see my deployment plans, but all of my build plans have disappeared completely.  Is there any way to get them back or can you explain why they have disappeared?

I'm sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. Some times when the system runs out of space the DB transactions may not be correctly finished causing corruption. 

Can you share more details on this sentence?

I can see my deployment plans, but all of my build plans have disappeared completely. 

Do the plans are gone from the UI or are you talking about results?

 

Other questions that may help us:

• Was your database affected by disk space issue?
• Do you have any recent backup of your Bamboo instance?
• Do you see any errors in your Bamboo logs regarding plans not loading from DB. You can see the instance logs from <Bamboo_Home>/logs/catalina.out
