Who does the @card notify?

Nichole Shelton

When using @card to make updates - who does this notification go to? Is it the members of the card? Is it anyone who has commented on the card?

@Nichole Shelton members of the card. Anyone watching the card will also see this notification, but not because it has the @card in it, because they will see all activity on a card they're watching.
