Can board guests use jotform?

Chris Hancock_deb90x

We invite guest to certain boards (as non-chargeable feature), and we want them to be able to complete and submit a jotform survey attached to cards. It seems not to be possible. Can anyone verify this? I suspect we may need to pay for them as members in order to do this. Any advice appreciated.

@Chris Hancock their payment status won't make a difference -- once someone is a member of a board, Trello doesn't discriminate on how they got there

Most likely they will need to authenticate their own Jotform account with the power up in order to access the form which will probably be prohibitively difficult.

You could attach a link to a Jotform or Google Form to the card instead.
