Need server ID to get an temporary license key to delete users under 50

Question

Hello support team,

Accidentally, I just over 50 account on test license of Crowd server and see this error message. so I need to reduce the account number under 50  and  need temporary unlimited license to do this task but I can't remember the server ID to generate the key.

Would you tell me the server ID of my Crowd server?

Thank you,

Hi @nuleeshin You will find your server id in /shared/crowd.cfg.xml ****-****-****-**** where is the path you specified in crowd-webapp/WEB-INF/classes/crowd-init.properties when you installed the product

Nic Brough -Adaptavist- · Answer

You don't need an unlimited licence to do this.  Just log in as an admin and reduce the numbers.

We can't tell you the server ID of your Crowd, we have no access to it, or even knowledge of where it might be!
