From Vegas with Love (and Confluence)

miikhy

I'm so sad I won't attend Summit but I'm so glad you will!

Your challenge is therefore to help me overcome my deep sadness by sharing a secret/recently-released feature or a pro tip from the Confluence product team! Be creative, I need to know everything (not only because I'm taking ACP-200 soon...)!

As a bonus, post a screenshot of your favorite Confluence page (hint: I love colors).

If you learnt quite a lot and feel confident, take the Confluence Admin Certification test at Summit and share your badge URL here!

Have a fun time in Vegas, and a safe hunt!

Hi Micky, I'm not going to Summit either *deep sadness too*. I will think of some Confluence hints and pass them your way... I took the beta exam, so that was a while ago and I'm sure the exam has changed since then.

I would love to attend Summit but I'm in India and it would cost an arm and leg!!! So I'm just enjoying the livestream.

The opening talk by Shawn Achor was great fun especially all his anecdotes about his sister.

Here are my top tips for confluence. Hope it helps

I've also attached a screenshot of the docs page in confluence.

I just got the email that I need to renew my Confluence certification soon. Only one badge left to take (and it's not covered by the Champion program) 😖

Here's a new blog post from yesterday about Cloud (although not on your exam).

According to the Confluence Server Team, "We've completely redesigned our search experience, so your teams will be able to find the right content at the right time. Our new search panel surfaces recent work more quickly and it's now simpler to filter search results to help your teams find exactly what they’re looking for."

Terri Yeago

When will this be released?

Max Foerster - K15t

I would say with the recent 6.14.x release. Quick search got a complete overhaul. See the release notes for more information.

Andy - PTC Redundant

My #1 pro tip is definitely always use templates as much as possible!!!! It makes life in Confluence absolute bliss.

There are also some great Market Place Apps to help out with template management and specifically with SPACE templates !!

My favourite Confluence page of all time is from the one-and-only @Rachel Wright ! It helps me manage my AUG events perfectly and with great efficiency.

Got enough status colours in this for you @miikhy !? :oD (When it's mid-planning moment two weeks out, it's a firework display of colours! This one is post event... all green unfortunately)

Thanks for sharing! Looks neat & clean!

Thanks, @Marty and @Max Foerster - K15t for the details!

Good to know!

The fireworks were cancelled in my province this yr however that failed to prevent people from having them, throughout the water it became a full fireworks show for 30 mins at three one of a kind spots and that is just what was in my viewpoint as you can see.
