How to authenticate to a remote git server through a token? (yubikey)

Hi everyone!

Our git-server use authentication by password+ token (yubikey). When I try to push changes through the terminal (or built-in phpstorm git client), it asks me input password then token, I touch my yubikey and everything are pushed to the server.

How can I do the same using SourceTree?

Hello! At first glance it appears that properly supporting this in Sourcetree’s UI would require more complex authentication interactions. We've taken a look at supporting Yubikeys in the past: it was a bit more complex than we expected and we didn't have much data about how users utilized Yubikey authentication.

So for now: please file a ticket for users to vote on and watch in our public bug trackers (Mac, Windows) as that allows us to prioritize and roadmap for future releases. Fill free to give us information about your setup which will help us address this in the future.
