SourceTree 3.0.1 on Mac was working great with my company git repo (using HTTPS connection) until my company made me update my password - which happens every 90 days. Then SourceTree just stopped being able to connect to the remote repo because it had stored my old password ... but it didn't give me any way to update to the new password.
After hunting around in Atlassian community posts I found that I could delete a file named:
~/Library/Application Support/SourceTree/<username>@STAuth-<github.host.name>
And then SourceTree 3.0.1 on Mac prompted me for the new username.
This seems like a really lame process to change the HTTPS git password within SourceTree 3.0.1 on Mac ... is there a better way? If not, please consider this as a request to add a feature to make it simpler to change HTTPS git passwords within SourceTree on Mac.
