is:open showing completed cards

anesthesi

Hello,

In the main screen I wish to see a list of all my non-completed cards.

Selecting "@name is:open" seems like a reasonable choice.

Yet, it shows all cards that are assigned to me, even though these cards were moved to "Done", and their Due Date had passed and was marked as completed.

So how can I see a list of all my open cards?

@anesthesi the "is:open" won't show archived cards. If you want to exclude cards that are in the list Done and that have a completed due date you can use:

@me -list:"Done" -due:complete

Note the "-" sign to negate the conditions. You can see more about Trello's search parameters here:

Hi @anesthesi you may find this article useful, and if you sort by date your done cards should not appear.

Please let me know if this helps.

Thanks,

The "-" sign is indeed what I was missing.
