Cannot install SourceTree in Windows

Have used the 3.0.12 for months, then today it refused to start with crashes being sent to Atlassian.

Have uninstalled, deleted AppData/Local/Atlassian and on install of 3.0.15 it fails again. Am happy to send logs privately.
