Why is ‘save’ greyed out, making me unable to save a new board? Thanks 😊

* I’ve created a new board, added a check list, but now I can’t save it. The ‘save’ button is greyed out, only able to ‘Cancel’ which I don’t want to do!

Can you confirm if you're seeing this error in Trello? If so are you using the Desktop app, mobile app, or browser?

Hi Julie,

Thanks for raising your concern here.

I believe you have created a Jira board, but now you are unable to make any update on this as 'Save' button is grayed out. Could you please hover your mouse cursor on 'Save' button and share here what message you see ?

Or request you to please share some screenshots of your problem, specially board permissions.
