Which feature should I use and why?

I am working in an office and convinced my supervisors using Trello in order to follow up every aspect of what we are doing. They demanded from me to make a research on which feature we should use and I do not know either. We would like to keep track of our jobs and make new cards. As far as I see, purchasing premium package would be enough for us. Do we need to make the payment of this seperately for each person? I do not want to make a false purchase
