Atlassian use Atlassian accounts for access to their Cloud systems, including Trello. You have used an Atlassian account to log in here and post.
Atlassian accounts have to have a unique verified email address, but it can be changed if you own the account. (Organisations can take over accounts if the email belongs to them. I am using my personal account to post here with an email address that is mine, but I have a pile of other Atlassian accounts, mostly belonging to Adaptavist clients, and, of course an Adaptavist Atlassian account which belongs to Adaptavist, so I can't change the email addresses on that, and I can't change the emails to non Adaptavist emails on the client accounts)
To change the email address, visit id.atlassian.com and log in with the one you want to change.
But, do you have an Atlassian account with the new email address? If so, you are going to need to contact Atlassian to get the two accounts merged. If you need to do that, log into Trello with the old one first, and add your new account as an admin on everything (not strictly necessary, but it makes it a lot easier).
If you have not created an Atlassian account with the new email, then it's a lot easier - just change the email after logging into id.atlassian.com with the old one!
