I am currently trying to add myself as the Admin to Two Boards to make changes & add members.

I cannot complete this for both boards- Knowledge Base & Zoho Forms.

Please advise urgently,

You can't add yourself as an admin. "Only board admins can make another board member an admin". See the article below.Hope this helps,
