Trello apps not working in China

Question

I have a team with members in both Hong Kong and Shen Zhen. We have done some testing recently:

- Trello web is able to be accessed in HK and SZ

- Trello app ( Android ) cannot be downloaded officially due to Trello website point user to Google Play store that cannot be accessed in China

- HK team downloaded and installed Trello app ( Android ), and extract apk file, and send to SZ team. SZ team able to install app, but unable to startup. The Trello apps quit after launch, there's even no login page shown. 
- HK team try to use VPN apps, so to pretend to be in China, and try to install and start the apps, fail also.
- SZ team use Edge, Firefox to open Trello website successfully without problem

Conclusion: For starting up Trello apps, we guess there is access to some site that is blocked by china, so that the apps cannot be loaded in china successfully.

We don't currently have any restrictions on using Trello within China. There could be a few different factors at play here, so I'd start by sharing a few of our help docs with your team members:

That should help them verify if Trello resources are possibly being blocked at the network level.

If they still run into trouble, can you grab a screenshot of where they get stuck and share that here, please?
