Table View

I previously had access to and could view the Table view from my workspace - however, about 2 weeks ago it will no longer load.  Any thoughts?  I have already rebooted, shut completely down and restarted, checked my power up to ensure Table is checked ... no luck and I am desperate!

Hey @Roberta Kish! No worries at all! Let me break down the steps for you:

  1. Go to this link https://trello.com/contact to access our contact form.
  2. Then, scroll down the page to the section "Contact Support." If you're already logged in to Trello, your basic information (Name and Email) will be automatically filled in.
  3. Then, select from the drop-down menu "What can we help you with?" the option that suits your issue, and choose a topic from "Pick a topic."
  4. Right after, you'll need to write a brief summary of your issue and choose the priority of your case (this will only be available if you have a Standard, Premium, or Enterprise subscription).
  5. The "Add more details" section is where you'll describe your problem in detail and include links or any helpful information you believe can help us troubleshoot your issue.
  6. Then, you'll have the "Page link" section where you can paste the link to where the issue is happening (A board, Workspace, or elsewhere). You can also upload screenshots or files that you believe would also be useful to us to help you solve your issue. 

Last, if you want (it's not mandatory), you can check a box that can give us temporary access to your account. Depending on the issue you're experiencing, this type of access might be necessary, but it's totally up to you to grant us or not. Give it a try, and let me know how it goes. Let me know if you're still struggling to create one, and I can raise it on your behalf.

Thank you so much!  i followed the steps and submitted the ticket.  I did not grant access, since i would need to confirm with my boss since there is protected health information on the cards.
