Sharing IG post to Trello to create a card?

Within IG, I can attempt to share a post to Trello and I track through to my Boards and then my lists, so it looks like I should be able to create a card on that selected list, but the "Save" option is greyed out such that I can't select it. Its doing exactly what I want, just can't complete it. Thoughts on why it won't allow me to save it?

I tested it with my own IG, and it creates a link on a card "Share". It does not actually upload the picture. In fact the link brings you back to IG to the page with that photo plus part of the gallery.

If you key in some text, the "save" button will be active and the text replace the "Share"

Ah, yes, keying in text then enabled me to Save it. But you're right, the actual image doesn't come over, just the link. If anyone has an easy way to save IG images as a card in Trello, that is ultimately what I'm looking for.
