I’ve just realized my cancellation to my premium plan didn’t work on 2022… so 144 euros have been paid this month but I haven’t used it for 2 years. I’ve just cancelled it but is it possible to get a refund ? I really don’t use it and it is such a price for that. Thanks
Based on the Atlassian cloud terms, you have a 30-day refund period but I am not sure if that is valid in your case.
